At Qutbee, we understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy ensures a smooth and transparent process for modifying or canceling your order.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. How to Cancel an Order

  • To request a cancellation, email us at support@qutbee.com with your order number.
  • If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

3. Pre-Order & Custom Orders

  • Pre-orders and customized items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
  • If a cancellation is requested before processing, a partial refund may be issued.

4. Refund Process for Canceled Orders

  • Refunds for approved cancellations will be issued to the original payment method.
  • If payment was made via credit/debit card, the refund processing time may vary based on your bank.

5. Changes to Orders

  • If you need to modify an order (change size, color, or shipping details), please contact us within 24 hours.
  • Changes after this period are not guaranteed but will be accommodated if possible.
