1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Food items and customized products are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at support@qutbee.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
  • The item must be shipped back within 4 – 7 days after return approval.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return.

4. Processing Returns & Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • If the return does not meet our policy conditions, it will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact support@qutbee.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If you need a different product, please initiate an exchange request at support@qutbee.com.
